Why the Society Doesn't Make a Profit

Because we give it back!

We're a LLC, not a non-profit. But, we use funds in excess of our expenses to support non-profits and fund travel grants for our members. Thus, the more money we receive from memberships, sales, and sponsors the more money we can donate to other organizations and give to Patrons to support their next adventures.
